Constructing the Mind Atlas

The concept of a "Secondary Brain" isn't new, but the execution usually falls flat. We rely on bloated SaaS applications that trap our thoughts in proprietary databases.

The Mind Atlas is an attempt to build a localized, markdown-driven node that I fully control. By mapping ideas via graph theory rather than linear folders, the architecture mimics actual neural pathways.

The Architecture

A thought logged on a Tuesday about hardware constraints can effortlessly bridge to a Friday note on UI rendering. Data without structure is noise; structure without access is an archive.

"The goal is to build an engine of active recall, not just a digital warehouse for forgotten ideas."

Moving forward, the primary objective is tethering this frontend to an Ollama instance, allowing me to query my own localized knowledge base seamlessly through this exact terminal interface.
